Along with the that, Oracle should only be using port 1525 (by default) It was assigned to oracle and listed in the Internic's RFC 1700 ASSIGNED NUMBERS (url: ftp://ftp.isi.edu/in-notes/rfc1700.txt)

Oracle should be only using one port, which the firewall can pass it through. But why are you letting people access your database with sqlnet from outside the firewall? I hope you remembered to change the sys & system password as well as remove (or disable) the SCOTT account.
