DBMS_SYSTEM.SET_SQL_TRACE_IN_SESSION

I am running Oracle 8.0.3 on NT and am trying to execute the procedure dbms_system.set_sql_trace_in_session. It doesn't exist in the database, and I can't find it in the rdbms80\admin directory. Does anyone know how I can get this?
