CGIC and ProC Linkage problem

Has anybody got a problem with CGIC and ProC in one module?? When I execute a program which query Oracle DB and print HTML format output, IT's OK in Local or Telnet..

But When I access the program with Internet Browser, I encountered ~~~SERVER ERROR~~~ , and APACHE Web server logs told me Premature Script Header invoke the error..

My Actual PROBLEM IS~~ When I compile and link ONLY with cgic library, It's OK on Internet browser, but with ORACLE and CGIC Libraries , My browser shows me SERVER ERROR all the way... (I even didn't include any ORACLE header and function for test)
