[Q] Please help me!

Hi, all
I'm trying to use ORACLE 7.3.3xxx in HP-UX. My problem lies in launching SVRMGRL, SQLPLUS...

If I log on as ID oracle (os account), they runs well.. But If I log on as ID xxxxxxx (os account, it has super user privilege), I met an error message. The message is like below.

"ORA-12546: TNS:permission denied"

I cannot solve this problem...

ID xxxxxxx's UID is same to root ID's, GID is same to dba group's...
And I configured .cshrc to set environment variables.. Some part of my .cshrc is like below..

setenv ORACLE_HOME $ORACLE_BASE/product/733
setenv ORACLE_SID ORA73

setenv TMPDIR $ORACLE_HOME/tmp

I consulted environment variables of ID oracle to make .cshrc.

Please help me!! I'm lost.... I have no time to waste here...
