I'm not exactly sure what you mean by single process...
While PO7 cannot be a server, it can certainly handle multiple connections
and does contain all of the processes present in servers on other platforms.
Now, for PO7Win3.1, there aren't your typical Windows threads, but for
Win95 and WinNT they sure are...
