A lot of ISP's have not updated their groups yet. And no, that is not a good reason to change ISP, by itself. See news.admin.net-abuse.misc if you think there is no reason for an ISP to be sluggish about newsgroup reorganization.
Lighten up with the "move to the appropriate groups." There is supposed to be several months of cross-posting.
Personally, I never saw the post of the final tally. This group scrolls off too fast.
