How to choose between Developer 2000 and Powerbuilder or any other?

Hello everybody,

perhaps is it a newbie or (and ?) stupid question, but we are currently searching
for a CASE tool.

Our expectations are very common:
- It must be adapted to RAD

• It allows native access to Oracle database
• ...

But what are the criteria that can help us for choosing between to tools ?
Perhaps some of you experienced many tools, and can give us some feedbacks ?
