Adminstrator Toolbar Errors

Anyone,

Trying to use the Oracle Adminstrator Toolbar to perform routine tasks like managing instances and doing backups but continue to get many errors. Worst case, GPF'd the backup manager and crashed the Oracle server. Has anyone else had problems with this toolbar?

Platform - Windows NT 3.51
Oracle Version - Workgroup Server 7.2
