I haven't found patches for software yet, but www.oracle.co.uk do a fine job supporting UK customers - an excellent search database for bug reports for example. A shame they wreck it all by totally username/password-protecting the site (even the home page !). I've sent e-mail to the webmaster there asking if they can a) move the username/password check a level down so at least people can view a home page if nothing else and b) put patches on the site.

Oh, I got my username/password to it via the UK Oracle Response Centre (sent via snail mail with a manual about the telnet interface to it !!!!).
