What's login name and password for Oracle SQL Plus3.1

hi!
I download Oracle Nt server from Oracle Web, but I don't know the login name and password for SQL Plus3.1.

Additionally, I want to set up Oracle in Window NT. Can anyone recommand any book to install ererything?
