(MITI) SQR Workbench vs Developer/2000 Forms 2.5

Has anyone evaluated one, the other, or both? If you had to do reports in Windows 3.1/Windows 95 environment, which of the following would you prefer using, and why?

Developer/2000 Reports 2.5
SQR Workbench
MS Access (2.0)
Visual Basic (3.0 or 4.0)
Power Builder
Delphi
