This is a known bug with Perl. There is a workaround for this, mentioned in one of the oraperl readme files(sorry i cannot remember which one it is ..)
My servers are down currently down to give you more details, but
the idea is to pass null string as part of &ora_login call, after
setting
$ENv('TWO_TASK') = 'yourremotedb'.
This should work.(Then you don't have to worry about all these dblinks)
