LOCATION:	          HOUSTON, TEXAS

RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist application developers and system integrators with technical support for

Oracle RDBMS/SQL*Net and tools on the SCO Unix, HP-UX and Microsoft NT

Advanced server platforms and with designing/implementing development,

test and production environments for new applications. Provide database

tuning, capacity planning, security administration and space management for

corporate Oracle RDBMS/SQL*Net systems; perform software QA and testing

to ensure software code stability and assist in developing strategies to address

Oracle RDBMS backup and recovery in a 7x24 production environment.

REQUIREMENTS: BS in Computer Science or equivalent related experience.

Prefer 2-3 years experience with Unix as an operating system platform and

4-5 years administering Oracle version 7 databases.
