Need help on setting up Oracle networking

Hello all,

I am trying to set up oracle network using the Oracle Network Manager from a Pentium Window 95 PC. Our network is single community TCP/IP network prococol. I can not distribute the configuration files using the NETFETCH utility. The Oracle7 Server is on an Alpha Server running Window NT. Our group are using Macintoshes to access the Oracle server. The problem is all the instructions I found online is for Intel based machine. Please help me to set this up.
