What exactly to you want to know about OMA? I suggest you check out the information on OMA at the Oracle Developer Resource, http://tiburon.us.oracle.com/odp.

As for Personal Oracle7 and Oracle Lite, replication management has typically been dependent on PL/SQL which Oracle Lite doesn't support. At least it didn't the last time I heard.

Its relevance to OMA is in that it provides a good engine for local processing. Currently, your only alternative to Personal Oracle7 on your mobile box (presuming you had limited resources) as Oracle Power Object's (OPO) Blaze. Blaze is going away, however.
