Re: ***bad modems

I have been trying to contact the below company for 2 weeks. If anybody ever heard of them, how about emailing them and tell them to follow up on their faulty equipment.

I still haven't gotten a response from Aspen Technolgies Inc. on their Sierra Data Fax, #SQ3460. They refuse to even acknowledge they exist. Maybe they don't.  

If you don't like to buy troubles, stay away from that brand!
