        Unfortunately this could be just about anything. The only way to figure out for sure is to e-mail the message (including the parameters inside the braces) to Oracle Support. They should be able to say if 1) - its an Oracle Bug and what patch fixes it, or 2) what type of data/situation causes this error.

        Otherwise all you can do is look at the dump file and try to piece together what happened prior to the error being generated.
