Designer 2k and PO7/W95

I'm having a devil of a time getting Designer 2000 installed on a laptop system. When it comes time to compile packages, MOST fail but some don't. The messages are about invalid '.' characters.

I have installed same on Unix with no problem. Any help appreciated.
