Web-Oracle-Web(WOW). Does it run on Oracle 7.0.16.4.0?

Hi!
I'm building a www-oracle connection and I wished to use WOW package. I
have Oracle 7.0.16.4.0.
Does anyone know if this WOW package could be used with this version of
Oracle?
The server is Sparc based and it has System V Rel 4.2 running. Can you
give any helpful hints
how to modify WOW's makefile so that it could be compiled successfully?
