Forms4.5, Load images from file system

I develop a Forms4.5 application and I want to load images from the file system. Therefore, I created an Image Item and used the Read_Image_File built-in subprogram to load the image. The problem I have is, that the loaded images are dithered. I tried several different formats (GIF, TIFF, BMP, etc ...) and had always the same result -> dithered images. When I use the same images as boilerplate images (Edit-Import-Image in the Forms Designer) I get no dithered images.

Can you help me ? Why do I get dithered images when I use 'Read_Image_File' ? How can I solve this problem ?
