I've uploaded beta versions of Sybtcl and Oratcl to ftp.neosoft.com, look in /pub/tcl/NEW for each.
Both include Tcl 7.5 support and the ability to build dynamic load libraries, plus small fixes to the code. The configure/Makefiles have been substantially rewritten.
I can only test the dynamic load libraries on a small set of machines; let me know of your experiences.
