Running 8 instances of oracle on a sparc 20 - Need Advice

I'm looking for recommendations.



In our development environment we need to keep a number of oracle databases
running for testing purposes.



We have the following machine running 4 instances of Oracle (small):
                

		Sparc 20
		128 Meg
		1 CPU
		A 1.05 Gig disk with the operating system on it
		A 1 2.1 Gig disk with oracle files on it
		A 1.05 Gig disk with oracle files on it





We need to run 4 MORE instances, and I'm trying to determine which would 
be better/cheaper in hardware as well as man hours to set up.  Does anyone
out there run 8 instances of oracle on a single machine?



The choice is:



    
  
  1.   Upgrade our current machine
			more disks
			another cpu
			more memory

  
  2.   Another sparc 20






Are there any reasons to pick one option over the other?
