Where to get SQL*Net v2 for Windows 95?

We have Oracle 7.0 for SCO UNIX, and would like to access the data through ODBC from Windows 95.

We have the Intersolv ODBC drivers but still cannot connect and think we need SQL*Net on the Windows PC to get the connection going (we have SQL*Net running on UNIX).

Can you just buy SQL*Net to get connectivity or do you have to buy more?
