It depends on what you mean. Oracle has its own memory management, and one of its memory constructs is the Shared SQL Area. If you need to increase this, look in the INIT.ORA file for the Oracle instance.

If you're talking about the shared memory within Solaris, you'll need to tune the Unix OS kernel to alter that; if you don't know how to do that, you probably need to look in a book or talk to someone who can help you personally.
