Nice try but I believe that Oracle would disagree.

This would be a "Named user" license. Oracle doesn't like to sell those any more.

You need licenses for connections to the databse. Each simultanious connection will need a license. ie. If 30 people use the database at the same time you will need to purchase 30 simultanious licenses.
