I don't know whether your lack or RAM is the problem, but I doubt it.
I have succeeded in installing the repository after failing several times. The basic secret is to follow the instructions in the Guide very carefully, in particular.
- Ensure that the SYSTEM tablespace is large enough.
- Make the appropriate database configuration settings.
- I did have a problem with the version of SQLPLUS I was using. It caused large procedures to crash. try installing the version on the Designer CD
