I don't know whether your lack or RAM is the problem, but I doubt it.

I have succeeded in installing the repository after failing several times. The basic secret is to follow the instructions in the Guide very carefully, in particular.

  1. Ensure that the SYSTEM tablespace is large enough.
  2. Make the appropriate database configuration settings.
  3. I did have a problem with the version of SQLPLUS I was using. It caused large procedures to crash. try installing the version on the Designer CD
