Another way of looking at this is that Oracle is using the Windows 95 version as a beta test for release 1.3, so when it comes out in July (or whatever that translates into in 'real release dates' as opposed to 'virtual release dates'), it will be better debugged. Windows 95 users should be used to being treated like guinea pigs, anyway. :-)
