Have any DBA's out there had any experience using Paradox 5.0 and SQL*Links to connect to ORACLE? The company I work for is rolling out Paradox to 5,000 desk-tops and I know some areas will develop applications without consulting I/S and will eventually hit the ceiling in terms of users, data, or what-ever. My concern is that I want some sort of escape mechanism for a short-term solution, and SQL*Links may provide it. My biggest concern is I can't monitor the SQL that's being generated by Paradox. If anyone has any experience with these products your input would be greatly appreciated!
