I don't believe there is or will be a Personal Oracle for NT. Would probably be very(too?) similar in features to WorkGroup Server for NT.
HOWEVER, there is a Personal Oracle Lite listed as being available soon...

Checked the web page, no 90 day trial. *sigh*
