This happens to me occasionally, and I can make it go away though I don't always know why. Set the session in the app's DefaultSession. Make sure that same session is not set in recSrcSession in any form or in any place that will take it, like a repeater. It gets set if you drag and drop a form from the session, then somehow gets broken. There seems to be some disconnect when it's set in two places sometimes.
