What you need to do is manually increase the size of all rollback segments by using minextents to a size large enough that transactions in the database do not overwrite each other (see admin quides) before the export finishes with it's read consistency. Repeat "enlarging the rollbacks and running the export" until you get past the ORA-1555 error.

...or....

Don't do any updating while the export is running.

This worked for me on a 7g db running full db exports during 7x24 processing.
