The main advantage of dynamic populated GUI-Items is following: when the values in CG_REF_CODE change you must generate your form again to apply the hard coded items in static GUI-Items. GUI-Items which are dynamic populated will up-to-date immediately after you update with utility the CG_REF_CODES table.
