That statement is pretty critical - typically (not always - you may have
specified otherwise) the 16 bit tools are in ORAWIN\BIN, and the 32 bit
ones are in ORANT\BIN (at least that's how we do it under NT).
If you're dual booting Win 3.1 and 95 you should be able to use the same
set of drivers (assuming 16 bit tools). If you gotta have 32 bit drivers
for ODBC or something then you may want to grab Personal Oracle 7 for Win95
trial...
Don't lose site of the fact that you can still use the 16 bit drivers! You could specify the *other* windows TCP/IP driver (wfw's) and go about your business. I've personally never got the NT drivers to work under 95, but have gotten the 16 bit drivers to work every time.
