Hi Walt,
Not at all. Yes, you can purchase Pro*C for Windows. I am not sure about OS/2, but I believe so, after all they do have an Oracle Server for OS/2. As for Windows your port should be straight forward. The precompiler comments out the EXECs and inserts the C calls to SQL*.DLL which in turn calls the Oracle OCI DLL -- ORA*.DLL. You will only need to adhere to the Borland C++ requirements for C.
