Assuming that you have a combination of media backups and logs (archived and/or online) representing everything up to the point in time to which you want to recover, yes. You can only do this to an entire tablespace (not selected tables) and you will lose all updates (valid or not) that have occurred after the point in time. If the tablespace contains tables that you do not want reset, you can export them prior to recovery and import after.
