Oracle reports can be customized. But make sure you prepare for future upgrades that will overlay your changes. Solution is to create a custom directory in the application base path (i.e. PO_TOP/custom) that will contain the new programs or customizations. Use Application Object Library to register or reregister the reports. Using 'Standard Submission' will allow these newly registered programs to be called from the Oracle standard report submission form. Hope this gives you a leg up.
