There is an AOL Standard Report Submission facility that allows users to create thier own reports and run them from the concurrent managers. There other features, but that information can be gleaned from the manuals.

Oracle Quality some say is an oxymoron, but what it really is is a new application that will be released in the future. If you want specifics I can tell you... But then I have to shoot you.
