I'm not sure about this but perhaps it's just not possible in
Designer/2000. I guess you're using release 1.1 of Des/2000. This
release supports Developer/2000 release 1.1.
TABs were introduced in Developer/2000 release 1.2 a few months after
the latest (1.1) release of Designer. Perhaps you'll just have to wait
for release 1.2 of Designer/2000 which is scheduled for beginning '96
(so keep you fingers crossed).
If you do get it running, please let me know how you did this.
