Friedel,
I don't know about the printer font size problem, but as far as page
numbers go, it is easy. Here's how I do it:
In the Layout Editor, create a new field where you want the page number using the Field button from the tool bar. It is best to put page numbers in the report header or footer rather than the report body. Then double click on the new field to bring up the Field property sheet. Under "Source From:" scroll to "&Physical Page Number", and double click.
That's all there is to it. I also create a second field with the source "&Total Physical Pages" so I can print a running and total page count for each page.
