SQL*Plus, NT and the command line

I am trying to run sql*plus at the command line using plus31 -s username/password_at_p:database @sqlfile

I am not having any luck.
The sqlfile works fine when used at the SQL> prompt in SQL*Plus.

What am i doing wrong?
