Forms45: Forcing Update to use specific RB Segment?

This is a "I tried a couple of things that didn't work, does somebody know off the top of their head how to do this" question.
I have a reference table that is used all over my system. Cascading updates on this table could be huge and I want to do a SET TRANSACTION USE ROLLBACK SEGMENT theBigRB.
Anybody done this in forms 4.5?
