The problem is: choose software for local work and for easiest way to
go to "network solution" in future( I'm planning use Oracle 7.1 and
PowerBuilder).
Does anyone have experience using PB and local Watcom SQL for database
with size approx. [500M...5GB]?What about perfomance and stability?
I mean work from local machine and I want to know what class of computer
should I choose for this work?What about memory size(8,12,16 Mb?).
P.S. I heard that Personal Oracle has bad perfomance - any comments?
