I think our applications might have a problem in 1998-1999.
For some odd reason, if I specify a date in an SLE or a datawindow that is NOT in the 19th century in a powerbuilder interface, when the date gets to the oracle stored procedure, it comes back with:
ORA 06550 - PLS 00306 - wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'TO_DATE' The funny thing is, I am not using TO_DATE, and this only happens with dates that are not ion the 19th century.
Does anyone know what is happening or how I could fix this?! Thanx in advance!
