ERROR: oraperl, web, oracle

Hi!  

I am trying to connect oracle and the webserver using oraperl2.4 I am using oracle7. When I run the oraperl script on the command line it executes fine and the database query runs perfectly. But when I try to run the same oraperl file from /cgi through netscape... it gives a an error on the &oralogin(). On printing the $ora_errstr I get:  

        Error while trying to retrieve text for error ORA-02701  

Can someone please help me with this ?
