My 7.0.16 version is supplied with a script dbmssql.sql in
ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin which creates the dbms_sql package but it does
say not to give everybody access to it because Oracle are not ready to
support it yet.
Purely out of interest, has anybody tried using this package ? I
wouldn't use it for real anyway.
