I am pretty new to Oracle, and I'm not involved fulltime with out project, but I do have a lot of newbie questions.

My best results so far are with telephone tech support, calling after 7PM EST.

I *tried* SUPREQ, I really did. TOO HARD. TOO FLAKY.

I might try Compuserve--I have an account but haven't used it much since I get on the 'net fulltime.

I will not do BBSes--life is too short (see comment on SUPREQ.)

I told te Oracle person on the phone, and via their Web site: PLEASE PUT UP A WEB FORM for TAR/Bug input--"SUPREQ Interacive." How hard is that??

Is the Oracle User group involved in issues like this?
