BBS and Oracle

Hi All,

The company I start working for next week has the responsibility of distributing the Workgroup 2000 range of products here in Australia.

One of my projects is to develop an OnLine service to participating Value Added Resellers which allows them to do quotes, gather configuration data and access FAQ's on the Workgroup 2000 products.

What I would like to know; is there a set of tools available that will talk to an Oracle database to store and present such information via a bullitin board type service? What software would enable me to provide the VAR with a character based or GUI front end to such a service? Where would be able to purchase such a toolset?
