The first message is coming *from* ctl3dv2.dll... It checks to make sure that it is running from WINDOWS\SYSTEM and if not, will complain with this dialog.

Simply do a dir /s c:\ctl3dv2.dll and delete all copies of this file that are not in WINDOWS\SYSTEM (making sure one of them *is* in there ).

I can't help on the second message - I think you must have another problem.
