I am absolutely new to oracle. I downloaded Personal Oracle 7 from the oracle site in Internet and did a 'Custom' Install. While doing so I could not install two of the following products : -

Oracle7 database :- Error = rsf3271.vrf[0] file not found while verifying rsf3271
SQL Plus :- Error = plus31,vrf[0] file not found while verifying plus31.

I also then found out that these subdirectories viz. Rsf3271 and Plus31 were missing under the home Dir /ORAWIN.

Pleeeese Help !!!!
