Oracle Object questions

	I read in a magazine that Oracle has brought out Oracle objects, both
	stand-alone and client-server versions.
	Is the stand-alone version available on MS-Windows PC?
	what is the minimum hardware configuration required to run
	ORACLE*OBJECTS and Personal Oracle?
	What are the experiences? Can these be handled on a PC without buying
	Oracle support?
        Any help or pointers to the info. is gratefully appreciated.
